One-Eyed One-Horned Wood Monster from the Monster Series.  This is an original One-of-a-Kind item, and it’s Whimsical and Fun. Created and Hand carved by Jason Ray.  Hand painted and Outdoor Friendly because several coats of an indoor/outdoor spar urethane finish were hand applied. The artist hand carved this piece with the intent of creating a unique wacky and weird looking face sculpture with lots of teeth. This unique, hand carved, hand painted, original design is a whimsical and quirky addition to any room in the home, and it the the perfect art to get the conversation going.

Created through carving and sanding, resulting in a fun and whimsical piece that blends modern and rustic styles.

Each piece is individually handmade, carved and shaped using an assortment of tools including a variety of saws, grinders, chisels, files, and sanding abrasives.

Besides sawdust, it’s my goal to create interesting conversation pieces that will make you smile. Just like people… no two of my creations are exactly the same, nor is each piece perfect.

Most critics do not consider my work as fine art. Some folks feel I could have done a better job sanding, or more time should be put into the finishing… To me, it just adds that special “handmade touch”.
