Every whimsical LED lighted tree carving is unique and created entirely by hand. We start with a cedar plank, block out the carving, and then spend hours detailing, grinding and sanding. After that, it is finished with multiple coats of spar urethane (sanding between coats as necessary) over a couple of days. Finally, the string lights are inserted and the battery pack glued securely.
